How to Use

Aromatic Use (Diffusion): Add 3-6 drops to a diffuser filled with water for 20-40 minutes in a ventilated space.

Topical Use: Never apply directly to skin. Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil with 10ml of a carrier oil (almond, jojoba, or coconut).
- Bath & Relaxation: Mix 2-3 drops with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil or full-fat milk before adding to warm bath water.
