At Ottivia, we process all confirmed orders within 24–48 hours.

Estimated delivery time across India:
3–7 business days depending on location.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, essential oils can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be sealed and unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Opened or used essential oils are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Cash on Delivery (If You Are Enabling COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer after verification.
